Contract Management Specialist

ZA CO BĘDZIESZ ODPOWIADAĆ? Coordinating the order fulfillment process based on the provisions of contracts with international clients and cooperating with internal departments. Obtaining orders from clients. Renegotiating terms with clients, signing contract amendments, extending or terminating agreements. Collecting and managing sales forecasts from clients in cooperation with other departments.

Monitoring clients' ongoing sales performance against forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions in cooperation with clients and internal departments. Preparing and controlling sales and marketing budgets. Supporting the optimization of the product portfolio in line with Management Board decisions (product delisting).

Participating in projects related to business tools (Power BI, Demand Planning, Contract Administration, ERP, etc.) as well as operational and transformation initiatives. Representing the company at international conferences, trade fairs, and business meetings. Handling administrative tasks related to invoice settlements, OPEX budget control, and marketing budget control.

CO JEST DLA NAS WAŻNE? University degree (or currently in the final stage of studies). Strong command of English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and the MS Office suite. Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and present business recommendations. Strong business acumen and well-developed analytical skills.

Ability to build effective cooperation and relationships with various stakeholders. Independence, initiative, accountability, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work under time pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel for domestic and international business trips.
