Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating an immediate sense of welcome and care.
• Assist guests with luggage in a prompt, safe, and courteous manner, ensuring belongings are handled with respect.
• Escort guests to their rooms when appropriate, providing helpful information about hotel amenities, services, and layout.
• Offer directions, local recommendations, and transportation assistance to enhance the guest experience.
• Coordinate with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless arrivals and departures.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism, ownership, and a genuine desire to help.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and bell area, ensuring carts and equipment are in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and traffic awareness.
• Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Represent the hotel with a polished appearance, positive attitude, and team-first mindset.

Who You Are

• Naturally welcoming, personable, and comfortable engaging with guests from all walks of life.
• Attentive to details and able to anticipate guest needs without being asked.
• Dependable and able to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift and transport luggage (up to 50 lbs), stand, walk, and work outdoors when needed.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Communicates clearly in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Prior hospitality, bell, valet, or guest services experience is preferred but a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
