• Full time data scientist who can perform with autonomy
• This position will be responsible for building machine learning models, devising innovative statistical models for data analysis.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with other data scientists, engineers, project manager, product manager, and project sponsors
2. Analyzing, visualizing and communicating insights from the data
3. Validation of machine learning models
4. Maintaining a process to collect quality training data
5. Researching solutions to overcome data analytics challenges
6. Explore and develop new algorithms and/or techniques to slove a problem
7. Self manage and provide reports on progress Requirements :
8. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Python
9. Experience of GCP products
10. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, ideally including deep learning
11. Ability to be technical lead for a small team of engineers/data scientists, as well as to work independently; though always with someone else supervising/co-owner on key problems
12. Experience with planning, coordinating & managing at least 2~3 people in a team
13. Business level English Big plus :
14. Interest in launching a service that has a positive disruptive impact on the world
15. Conflict management experience
16. Business level Japanese or Mandarin
17. PhD or advanced degree in computer science or a related field
