Mortgage Transaction Analyst

Reporting to the AVP of Transaction Management – Whole Loans, this position is responsible for administering a defined interim servicing process for the Retail and Correspondent channels. This role also supports the Transaction Management Desk by managing overflow tasks and performing designated post-closing responsibilities. This role is responsible for coordinating onboarding and oversight of first payment collection and application, borrower communications and disclosures, escrow reconciliation and investor transfer notices during the period between loan origination and investor boarding or transfer. The role ensures compliant handling of RESPA-required timelines, reduces unnecessary loan boarding and enhances the borrower experience during the first payment cycle.
