Blended Hourly Pay Rate: $23 CNA/ Certified Nurse Aide Benefits and Schedule:

• Wyoming CNA certification required or ability to obtain ·Must have a tax home 50+ miles from the facility
• Provide therapeutic intervention, personal physical care and activities of daily living for people with multiple and severe disabilities while documenting all care provided.
• Ensure patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information of patient condition to nurses.
