Google Cloud Engineer

Must Have Skills :Google Cloud Platform Administration, Linux Operating System, IaaS Key Responsibilities : Should provide L2/L3 support on Linux Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS servers hosted on GCP infrastructure. Able to install, configure and administration of Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS servers. Cluster configuration, orchestration, management and troubleshooting of servers.

Performance tuning and storage optimization. Incident and Change management, Health and performance Monitoring

• Check server health, performance and capacity alerts, take preventive and remedial action. Design, build and configure GCP Services and tools.

Requirements

Multiyear knowledge working in GCP environments Experience in operating system level troubleshooting, resolving system boot issues, Kernel bugs and server log analysis Experience in regular operating system Patching and vulnerability remediation’s Experience in Linux System hardening and Non-Compliance remediation Clustering knowledge on Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS or HA configuration Hands on experience in file system configuration with RAID and LVM Hands on experience on GCP Professional Attributes : Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to think logically through a problem Must have the initiative, tenacity and commitment to see problems through to resolution, Ability to work in shift patterns and provide out of hours On-Call support Benefits We do not unfairly discriminate on any ground, including race, caste, religion, color, ancestry, marital status, gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, ethnic origin, disability or any other category protected by applicable law.
