Fabrication Machine Operator Lead - 2nd Shift - $23.00/hour plus $1.00 shift differential - 4:00pm-12:30am Monday thru Friday

We are currently searching for a Fabrication Machine Operator Lead - 1st Shift to be based out of Cartersville, GA. Reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, this person will be responsible for performing necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment, as well as operating/monitoring multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.

In addition, this person is responsible for providing direction and guidance to other Fabrication Machine Operators in the department. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is desired.
