Senior Lead Technician

Seeking Experienced Installation Technicians!Job: Lead Installation Technician. Location: Primarily Ohio + Surrounding States (Travel Required). Job Type: Full-time. What You'll Do. As a Lead Installation Technician, you'll play a critical role in managing project teams and ensuring accurate, high-quality installations.

Your responsibilities

include:Leading small to large project teams across multiple technologies. Interpreting blueprints and executing precise installations. Installing devices and equipment per detailed plans and equipment lists. Handling advanced terminations, soldering, and custom connector work. Managing rack builds and ensuring professional-grade cable management.

Adapting to new systems and technologies while mentoring team members. Skills & Experience Required3–5 years experience in A/V, security, access control, cameras, fire alarm, and/or networking. Proven leadership experience in the field. Familiarity with equipment lists and installation layouts. Competence in soldering, terminations, and cable organization.

Experience building and dressing equipment racks. Eagerness to learn, lead, and earn industry certifications. Relevant Experience & Certifications (Preferred). Experience in a supervisory or military role(CTS) Certified Technology Specialist. Ohio Fire Alarm & Equipment License. Access Control CertificationBICSI Certification.
