Role: IT Technical Project Manager Location-Marietta, OH Role Summary The IT Technical Project Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards. This role requires strong stakeholder management, risk control, and adherence to PMI-based delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle for ERP implementations and integrations
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and per agreed scope
- Lead planning, estimation, scheduling, and resource management
- Manage stakeholders and maintain regular customer communication
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Track and report project KPIs, milestones, and overall project health
- Ensure quality, testing coordination, and governance compliance
- Guide and mentor project teams and promote best practices Requirements Mandatory Skills
- IT Technical Project Management experience
- SAP or Baan ERP experience
- Strong experience with PMI-based project deliverables
- Proven ERP implementation and system integration experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
