Multi-Site Leasing Consultant – Atlanta, GA AMLI Lindbergh & AMLI Piedmont Heights Are you a sales-driven professional who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and closing deals? AMLI Residential is hiring a Multi-Site Leasing Consultant to support two luxury apartment communities in Atlanta's desirable Lindbergh neighborhood, conveniently located between Buckhead and Midtown.

You'll work at AMLI Lindbergh and AMLI Piedmont Heights, two nearby communities offering a variety of apartment homes and amenities. With more apartments to showcase and more prospective residents to connect with, you'll have additional opportunities to turn leads into leases and maximize your earning potential. Whether your background is in apartment leasing, retail sales, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry, this is a great opportunity to put your sales skills to work.

What You'll Do

Your primary goal is to turn prospective renters into residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Show & Sell: Conduct engaging apartment tours, highlighting luxury apartment homes, amenities, and community features. Build Relationships: Connect with prospective renters, understand their needs, and help them find the right apartment.

Follow Up & Close: Respond to leads through phone, email, text, and online inquiries, turning interest into signed leases. Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed leasing and occupancy goals while maximizing commission opportunities. Know Your Communities: Maintain expert knowledge of pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities, and the surrounding Lindbergh, Buckhead, and Midtown areas.

Guide the Leasing Process: Prepare lease agreements, process applications, and help residents navigate their move-in experience. Support Resident Retention: Assist with renewals, resident events, and ongoing customer service. Collaborate: Work with onsite teams at both communities to drive leasing performance and resident satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required. Saturday availability required. Strong sales and customer service skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Confidence presenting products, following up with prospects, and closing sales. Positive, professional, and goal-oriented attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Apartment leasing or property management or Retail sales, hospitality, or hotel industry Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals No apartment leasing experience?
