Salon Coordinator - Strafford

Job Details: Level: Experienced, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Education Level: High School, Salary Range: $17.00Hourly, Job Shift: Days, Evenings, & Weekends, Job Category: Customer Service, The Salon Coordinator will have an excellent working knowledge of all positions, operations, systems, policies and procedures within the salon location.

This position works with staff members to ensure client comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Follows company policies and procedures. Ensures client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service. Offers clients additional services to enhance profit within location. Understands client needs and determines approach for reserving client appointments Responsible for analyzing appointment book and identifying problem solving solutions.

Acts as an information specialist and guide for services, prices and product knowledge. Maintain a clean work station and salon environment at all times. Performs daily location duties including but not limited to: Opening, closing, stocking, computer clerical duties, preparing service schedules & tickets. Assist Guest Services Center with information needed.

Assist in training new employees. Responsible for confirming client appointments.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service Day and evening availability, including Saturdays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, polished, and fashion-forward appearance Additional Information This is a standing position and requires the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
