Medical Billing Specialist

Foothills Billing Solutions is a growing medical billing company that supports busy mental health providers. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Mental Health Billing Specialist to join our in-office team full-time.If you enjoy problem-solving, staying organized, and being part of a supportive small business where your work truly matters, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility. Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims. Resolve unpaid or denied claims. Post insurance payments, patient payments, and adjustments. Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim issues. Respond to client and team emails in a timely, professional manner.

Process patient payments. Assist with other administrative and computer-based tasks as needed. What We’re Looking For:Recent medical billing experience (required). Strong understanding of insurance claims, EOBs, and denial management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Position Details:In-office role.
