Food and Beverage Cashier
Job description
Job Title: Cashier Department: Food and Beverage Reports to: Food and Beverage Manager Our Cashiers create a welcoming experience by processing transactions quickly, accurately, and with great attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, positive manner. Accurately process guest transactions at various resort outlets. Collect payments and issue correct change and receipts. Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself, coworkers, and guests. Provide excellent customer service to create a positive guest experience.
Operates soda machines, scoops ice cream, and assists with boxing or preparing food items depending on the outlet’s operational needs. Assist with additional tasks in assigned areas during downtime.
Qualifications
& Requirements: Must be at least 14 years of age to apply. Flexible work schedule, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written). Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8-10 hours per shift).
Frequent use of hands and fingers for handling cash and operating a register/POS system. Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping. Ability to lift and carry up to 15-20 lbs. Ability to tolerate exposure to busy or noisy work areas. Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
