Job Description : Senior Associate –Project Management / PMO Role Overview The Senior Associate – Global PMO supports the planning, governance, coordination, and delivery of global engagements and projects. The role works closely with engagement teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to ensure effective execution, visibility, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end project management and PMO support across global engagements and portfolios. Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, RAID logs, and action trackers. Coordinate across global, regional, and local member firms to drive timely completion of deliverables. Facilitate governance and project meetings, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action follow-ups.

Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and escalate critical issues appropriately. Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and leadership presentations with meaningful insights. Ensure adherence to project governance, quality, compliance, and reporting standards. Support project onboarding, operational readiness, and continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.

Skills & Competencies Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive activities to completion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration/project management tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies and PMO best practices.
