This is a unique opportunity to combine fitness coaching, membership sales, wellness education, social media and customer engagement within a forward-thinking health club environment. What You'll Be Doing as our Fitness & Wellness Coach / Membership Experience Executive Deliver gym inductions, fitness consultations and coaching sessions. Support members with exercise technique, mobility and safe training practices. Build strong relationships and help members achieve their health and fitness goals. Create a welcoming, motivating and inclusive environment for all members. Membership Sales & Growth Conduct engaging club tours and convert membership enquiries. Promote memberships, personal training, recovery services and wellness treatments. Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing members. Support member retention through outstanding service and engagement. Brand & Community Engagement Feature in social media content, including Instagram Reels and promotional campaigns. Assist with creating fitness, wellness and lifestyle content. Support events, challenges and community initiatives. Act as a brand ambassador for Theobalds Health Club. Wellness & Recovery Educate members on fitness, recovery, sleep and lifestyle habits. Develop knowledge of our recovery and longevity services, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Red Light Therapy and other wellness technologies. Support the safe promotion and delivery of wellness treatments. Club Operations Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation. Assist with reception duties, bookings and member enquiries. Prepare and serve refreshments, including coffees and smoothies. Support events and work collaboratively to ensure a first-class member experience.

What We're Looking For

Essential Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification. Experience in sales, membership sales, business development or a customer-facing role. Passion for fitness, health and wellbeing. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service focus. Confidence using social media, particularly Instagram.

Positive, proactive and professional approach. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Desirable Level 4 Personal Training or Strength & Conditioning qualifications. Sports Science, Exercise Science or related qualifications. Experience in Functional Fitness, CrossFit or HYROX. Nutrition Coaching, Sports Massage or Mobility Coaching qualifications.

Knowledge of recovery technologies and performance coaching. Experience in premium health clubs, boutique fitness studios or wellness environments. Social media content creation experience.
