Land & Right of Way Acquisition Specialist – Vancouver, BC

The Land & Right of Way Acquisition Specialist secures land rights for infrastructure, energy, and renewable projects across British Columbia, with a focus on Vancouver. This role blends field and office work and requires strong stakeholder engagement, property interpretation, and clear, accurate documentation to support compliance and project delivery.

You will advance projects by negotiating agreements, coordinating approvals, maintaining defensible records, and building relationships with landowners, Indigenous communities, municipalities, Crown agencies, regulators, and internal teams. Travel within BC is required based on project needs.
