WHAT YOU’LL DO: The General Manager of Sales

• Resource Industries (Mining) is responsible developing Western State’s business strategy, growing, managing, and sustaining our mining and resource industries products portfolio and client offerings. Responsible for knowing and understanding the needs of our clients and implementing plans to help the clients achieve their goals through appropriate utilization of all WSECO and Caterpillar resources. Responsible for knowing current as well as future brownfield and greenfield mining opportunities and developing strategies that insure WSECO and Caterpillar are the clients’ partner. Responsible for meeting WSECO goals for safety, market share machines sales & aftermarket, PINS, profit, employee satisfaction, client loyalty, and business development
