Support SAP Finance operations by reviewing and analysing incidents, service requests, and recurring support issues.
Maintain and update SAP Finance documentation, knowledge repositories, SharePoint sites, and handover materials.
Coordinate Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions, meeting schedules, attendance tracking, and preparation of Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Assist in project handover and BAU transition activities, including documentation review, sign-off tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
Support business process mapping and development of process flow diagrams, test scripts, and user documentation for SAP Finance related solutions.
Participate in SAP Finance initiatives such as company code onboarding, testing activities (SIT/UAT), transport management, and deployment readiness reviews.
Perform documentation quality reviews, version control, repository housekeeping, and knowledge base maintenance.
Monitor ticket lifecycle activities, SLA performance, incident trends, and escalation processes to gain exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).
Support preparation and consolidation of KT materials, evaluation forms, and reverse KT documentation across SAP Finance modules.
Assist project managers and functional consultants in governance, reporting, and coordination activities related to SAP Finance applications.
