• EARN $12.50/Hour ($15.50 with perfect attendance bonus) Monday- Friday & Saturday when required Hours - 2:30PM to Finish Great Benefits Weekly Pay 401K Offered after 6 months Insurance offered after 60 Days Holiday Pay Nurse on premises 5 Days a week Nurse Practitioner on premises 1 day a week Referral Bonuses Other key teams/positions: Production and Support Teams Key Responsibilities: Ensure food safety, quality and legality. At times, may be required to lift up to 50 pounds Ensure product does not pile up Inspect meat for defects (bone, veins, skin, etc.) Assist in other departmental areas as needed Must be able to work flexible hours Must be able to rotate positions Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments Skills and Knowledge: Oral Communication Adherence to company policies and standards Basic computer skills Knowledge of GMPs and safety rules Competencies: Core Competencies Integrity Simplicity Discipline Teamwork Servant Leadership Job Specific Competencies Detail-oriented
