We are seeking a compassionate and reliable RN Nurses to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. This vital role involves providing high-quality, personalized care to our Sisters, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Schedules available: Full-Time – 72 hours/bi-weekly 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Sun/Wed/Thurs/Friday Mon/Tue/Weds/Thurs/Sat Part-Time – 48 hours/bi-weekly 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Mon/Tues/Sat Sun/Thurs/Fri Requirements Responsibilities: Provide hands-on nursing care and assist in implementing individualized care plans for residents.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Monitor Sisters conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising RN and physician. Supervise and support STNAs, ensuring quality care and teamwork. Communicate effectively team members. Uphold our mission and values through compassionate, faith-based service.

Qualifications

Current and valid license in the State of Ohio (LPN or RN). Previous experience in long term care or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to serving Sisters with kindness, respect, and integrity.
