The role of a dealership custodian involves maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment within the dealership.

Key responsibilities include

Cleaning service and customer areas : This includes mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing all surfaces. Washing windows and glass doors : Ensuring visibility and safety. Maintaining hot beverage areas : Cleaning counter surfaces and restocking supplies. Cleansing all signs and equipment : Including mirrors, fans, and vending machines.

Cleans bathrooms and restocks paper supplies as needed. Empties and cleans all trash receptacles, inside and outside. Sweeps and Mops daily and as needed. Responsible for all cleaning duties in both the main store and UCI building. Order supplies as needed. Scheduling maintenance as needed.
