Electrical Sales Executive

THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION M-F 8:30-5:00PM IN PALM BEACH GARDENS. IF YOU CANNOT BE IN THE OFFICE IN PBG THOSE HOURS DO NOT APPLY. NO REMOTE NO HYBRID. Meta Power Solutions is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Medium Voltage Transformers, Low Voltage Switchboards, Medium Voltage Switchgear, and Mobile & Containerized Substations.

Our innovative solutions serve a wide range of industries, including utilities, renewable energy, Electric Vehicle charging stations, and various industrial applications. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electrical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of power solutions to both new and existing clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Power Distribution space, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power distribution solutions sector.
• Outbound calls daily from provided leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Electrical sales, preferably in the energy or power solutions industry, Electrical Distribution Sales or account management, Electrical Channel Sales.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals. 1+ years of Sales in the Power Distribution or Electronics Sector preferably selling to Distributors, VARs or Channel Reps.
• 1+ years of work experience with Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of work experience with Salesforce.com
