Operator Core- 1St Shift

The Core Room Operator is responsible for the production, assembly and inspection of sand cores as well as general labor job duties inside the Core Department. Core Room Operators works with other team members to assemble units made from sand in a timely, accurate manner. Core room members inspect assembled units for quality and actively work to maintain a high standard of production.

Core Room members wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as cores are constructed from sand and, in some cases, are joined and/or fitted together.
