About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to help them transform their bathrooms with innovative remodeling solutions. This is an exciting outside sales opportunity where you'll use cutting-edge technology to design, present, and sell premium bath remodeling products. No cold calling is required.

Qualified appointments are provided, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and closing sales. This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential , making it ideal for driven individuals who are motivated by performance and financial success.

What You'll Do

Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system. Consult with homeowners to understand their needs, preferences, and renovation goals. Create customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use design software. Present pricing and financing options while guiding customers through the decision-making process.

Consistently close sales and achieve or exceed performance goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development opportunities. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Previous sales experience required; in-home sales or home improvement experience is highly preferred. Experience in the remodeling, construction, or home improvement industry is a plus. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Comfortable presenting to homeowners and speaking confidently in a professional setting.
