What You'll Do

Assemble and package gift boxes according to specifications Stock production and shipping lines Verify product and SKU information Maintain quality and accuracy standards Stack and unstack pallets Cross-train and support other areas as needed Follow company food safety, SQF, and workplace safety requirements What We're Looking For: Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Willingness to work as part of a team Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.

We look forward to meeting you! Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for production positions and up to 50 lbs. for warehouse and driver positions. Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated and freezer environments, depending on the position. Forklift experience is required for Warehouse Forklift Driver and Freezer Driver positions.

Experience operating double-reach forklifts, stock pickers, electric pallet jacks, and RF scan guns is preferred for Freezer Driver positions. Must be willing to work assigned shifts and overtime as business needs require. Must successfully complete the pre-employment hiring process and provide documentation required to complete the federal Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, if an offer of employment is extended.
