Subscriptions Billing Administrator, Temporary (3 months)

HME is looking for your talent! If you are a Subscription Administrator we would love to hear from you! In this role you will be supporting the A/R department by fielding calls and emails from our customers regarding their subscription accounts. This is a temporary role that we anticipate to be about 3 months.

What you will do

Answer calls from customers on the phone queue Handle all subscription related emails from customers. Suspend subscriptions for delinquent accounts. Collect on delinquent subscriptions.
