NET, DevOps) → Build outbound pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Wellfound → Run structured screening calls — protect hiring manager time ruthlessly → Partner directly with the founder and engineering leadership You're the right fit if you: ✅ Have 5–8+ years in technical recruiting with senior/hard-to-fill roles ✅ Know your Boolean strings and X-ray search cold ✅ Can read an AI engineer's resume and have a real conversation about it ✅ Obsess over shortlist quality, not volume
