Designer / Art Director

Description We’re looking for a designer/art director who isn’t already in our inbox. We’re adding to the team, and would love to find someone whose work we’ve never seen. Maybe that’s you. Do you have five-plus years at an agency or studio and work that speaks for itself? Are you good, but recognize you still have room to grow?

Do you know when to stop and when to push? Are your strongest ideas simple and easy to explain? Do you ask why before you ask how? Can you dig into a brand’s business problem and help shape an idea from the start, not just how it looks at the end? Can you build a brand from the ground up, from the logo to the identity system to the environmental graphics on the building?

Are you at home on a video shoot and in the edit bay? Do you use AI where it helps and leave it out where it doesn’t? Show us great work, and show us you’re great to work with. The rest is details. Send a handful of your best projects, including at least one with real emotional impact. Add a short note about yourself and tell us about the last piece of design that made you jealous.
