Must be a strong communicator with a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities while developing their technical and industry knowledge. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams, helping financial institutions successfully implement products and resolve service requests.

What you’ll do… Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal COCC resources Support client requests, product changes, and implementation activities Manage and resolve day-to-day support cases Conduct client meetings and manage follow-up activities Gather information, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for routine client concerns Provide regular status updates and communicate progress to clients Manage and track multiple projects simultaneously Perform testing to validate product functionality prior to implementation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and project objectives are met Support successful product deployments and client onboarding activities What you’ll bring… Bachelors degree preferred but will consider appropriate work experience and or certifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Positive attitude and team-oriented approach Commitment to process adherence and quality standards Desire to learn and grow within the financial technology industry Salary Range is $57-$77,200 per year.
This role is hybrid onsite in Southington, CT Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not currently or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.
