Program Coordinator

The Program Coordinator (PC) provides programmatic and clinical leadership for the Lexington Avenue Short-Term Emergency Housing program. The PC is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising case management staff, maintaining high-quality resident-centered services, and supporting housing stability outcomes.

The role balances clinical oversight, staff supervision, quality assurance, and operational coordination in alignment with Housing Works' mission, values, and applicable funder requirements.
