Charge Nurse (Double Weekend) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN or LVN to join our Weekend Shift team at Brentwood Place Three, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Dallas, Texas. As a Registered Nurse at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting a culture of warmth and caring.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care to a diverse range of residents, including those recovering from surgery, injury, or illness Work collaboratively with the rehabilitation/nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes and improved quality of life Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with facility policies Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication use, and post-discharge instructions Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to ensure continuous growth and improvement About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Brentwood Place Three, you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
