Public Access Assistant REF 378160 Contract Length: Until 31/03/27 (Part Time - 18.5 hrs covered Monday to Wednesday) Location: Winchester IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £19.42 per hour Security Clearance: BPSS Spinwell is recruiting for a Public Access Assistant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES

OF THE PUBLIC ACCESS ASSISTANT Assisting the Public Access function and specifically the Information Management helpdesk by responding appropriately to requests for information and advice. SKILLS/EXPERIENCES OF THE PUBLIC ACCESS ASSISTANT Good customer service skills, with attention to detail and deadlines. Highly effective communication skills.

IT literate with experience in MS Applications; proven ability to manipulate data from a variety of sources and databases and willing to learn new technology, databases and systems. Maintain a high degree of integrity and trust when dealing with sensitive and classified information. Good standard of education with excellent literacy and numeric skills.
