Responsibilities

Formulating scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions Holding code reviews to enforce adherence to coding standards Enforcing team adherence to standard engineering practices, including testing and CI/CD Carrying out performance testing and optimization for improved system efficiency Incorporating monitoring and observability capabilities into the software solutions Requirements A minimum of 5 years' experience in Data Software Engineering or a related field At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience Expertise in AWS, Apache Kafka, Py.

Spark, Snowflake, and dbt Demonstrated experience in crafting scalable, secure, and reusable data transformation and processing solutions In-depth knowledge of integration with monitoring and observability capabilities Experience with performance testing and optimization Sound understanding of standard engineering practices such as testing and CI/CD Capability to hold code reviews and enforce adherence to coding standards Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Proficient English communication skills at a B2+ level
