Your Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology , or a related field Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Service. Now Strong experience developing and configuring Service. Now applications Good knowledge of ITSM, ITOM and CMDB Professional experience with JavaScript and Service.

Now scripting Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies and UI Actions Experience developing workflows and automations using Flow Designer Experience integrating Service. Now with external systems using REST or SOAP APIs Good understanding of Service. Now data models, tables and platform architecture Experience with Service.

Now application development and customization Ability to translate business requirements into technical Service. Now solutions Experience gathering requirements and producing technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience working in Agile development teams Fluency in English Nice to Have: Service.

Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) Service. Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) Experience with ITOM Discovery and Event Management Knowledge of Service. Now Integration.
