ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 1990 and has grown into a team of six with many long-tenured team members who truly feel like family. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the military and later worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and customer service. I love the outdoors and am fortunate to live near the ocean.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me surfing, cycling, or enjoying time outside. Giving back is very important to me, and our agency stays actively involved in the community by supporting local events and working with organizations like Habitat for Humanity. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
