Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced People. Soft People. Tools Engineer responsible for the architecture, installation, configuration, upgrade, and ongoing technical operation of enterprise People. Soft environments. In this role you will own the technical backbone of the People. Soft platform — including People. Tools upgrades, image applications, security configurations, search server operations, and integration with cloud and middleware platforms.

The ideal candidate will combine deep People. Tools and People. Soft administration experience with strong fundamentals in Oracle database, Linux/Unix, and modern DevOps practices. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers.

The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Five or more years of People. Soft People.

Tools administration experience. Hands-on experience with People. Tools upgrades and People. Soft Update Manager (PUM). Strong experience with Web. Logic, Tuxedo, and People. Soft application/process scheduler servers. Experience administering Elasticsearch / Open. Search in support of People. Soft. Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.

Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience. Familiarity with People. Soft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling. Experience operating HA/DR for People. Soft. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

People. Soft certifications. Experience operating People. Soft on OCI, AWS, or Azure. Exposure to infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible). Familiarity with CI/CD patterns for People.
