Responsibilities

Conduct market surveys in order to understand customers and competitors. Scout, evaluate and support the selection of new business development ideas. Deliver macroeconomic reports to the Management and continuously observe external factors relevant to the company. Collaborate with inside and outside sales team to strengthen the existing business and develop new markets.

Be a competent partner for customers, provide advice and support together or in co-ordination with outside sales. Assist the AE team to promote and support of OEM Offspring as well as global robotics program. Master market and sales-related knowhow in KLCHINA, preparing for training in KL Headquarter in Munich.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or relative field. Open minded person, with strong communication skills in chinese and english and adaptability to foreign cultures and entrepreneurship. A high degree of flexibility and innovative abilities to meet the challenges of an fast growing expanding and market oriented organization in a changing china market environment.

Willingness to travel(customer relationship,business travel), present the company and our branding.
