Operates the PBX system assuring a positive public image and ability to meet the telecommunication needs of all our customer groups. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education High School or Equivalent.# Minimum Work Experience No previous experience# Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to use CRT monitor Handles emergency or crisis situations in a calmly matter.
