UCP Heartland is seeking compassionate and committed PERSONAL ASSISTANTS ( Direct Care Providers) for FULL -TIME shifts. UCP Heartland offers a positive, team driven, work environment at $21.00/Hour WEBSTER GROVES SUNDAY 8AM-3PM MONDAY 8AM-4PM THURSDAY 11AM-3PM SATURDAY 4PM-10PM (THIS IS A SET 25 Hour Weekly SCHEDULE) As a PERSONAL ASSISTANT/DSP (Direct Care Provider) you will perform the following responsibilities: Provide physical assistance with daily tasks, assist with personal hygiene and facilitate fun activities.

Follow medical orders and administer medications. Assist with ADL's, Lift and Transfer (includes ceiling lifts, repositioning in wheelchair, etc), Adaptive Transportation. Shift documentation using Set-Works and general housekeeping. Will interact with family often. Please have a fun, outgoing and positive personality.

Valid Drivers’ license Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.

Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel. Good written and oral communication skills Computer Proficiency THIS POSITION DOES REQUIRE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD! THIS POSITION REQUIRES 5-7 DAYS OF MANDATORY TRAINING AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICE Monday through Friday 8:45 AM - 4:15 PM (UCP HEARTLAND WILL PAY YOU FOR THE MANDATORY TRAINING) ALL UCP HEARTLAND SCHEDULES/SHIFTS ARE AWAKE SHIFTS Monday 8 AM - 4 PM; Thursday 11 AM - 3 PM, Saturday 4 PM - 10 PM, Sunday 8AM - 3 PM
