We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service and sales, outstanding communication skills, and a strong commitment to client advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls and emails from potential clients with professionalism and empathy. Provide exemplary customer service to both clients and prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience. Conduct in-depth initial consultations with potential clients to evaluate their cases and determine eligibility. Proactively follow up with potential clients to address inquiries and supply comprehensive information about our services.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for potential clients with attorneys, ensuring seamless transitions. Meet or exceed sales goals through strategic outreach and relationship-building initiatives. Collaborate with team members to refine processes and enhance client engagement strategies.
Compensation
$26.00-30.00 per hour + monthly commissions, commensurate with experience and qualifications. 401(k) with matching. Dental insurance. Health insurance. Vision insurance. Paid holidays. Paid Time Off (PTO). Pet-friendly office/campus. Friday Happy Hour.
Requirements
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in a legal or professional services environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work autonomously while also being an integral part of a collaborative team. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with legal management software is a plus.
