Answer customer questions regarding their coverage. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Regularly review these agreements in an effort to develop a more cost-effective plan. Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields. Ability to build rapport with clients.
