Qualifications

Required Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to engage customers, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate products. Comfortable demonstrating products and explaining their features and benefits. Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven retail environment.

Willingness to learn product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous retail sales or customer service experience. Experience working in a commission-based sales environment. Experience selling beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar consumer products. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail sales goals. With the No Tax on Tips Act starting in 2025, up to $25,000 of your reported tips may be exempt from federal income tax.
