• Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, object-oriented programming, and system integration.- Proven ability to understand business products and translate requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.- Experience leading technical design discussions and providing engineering guidance to development teams.

• Strong client-facing communication, envisioning requirement discovery, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience with relational databases, SQL, Git, unit testing, and CI/CD practices.- Ability to balance hands-on development with technical leadership and solution ownership. Preferred. Qualifications:- Experience with financial services platforms, transaction processing, payment systems, or digital banking.
