Real Estate Technical Services Analyst
Job description
The Real Estate Technical Services Analyst position involves completion of compliance appraisal reviews on residential real estate appraisals. These are both high volume and time sensitive. In addition, the qualified candidate will become familiar, and then competent, with the RIMS system which is an internet based appraisal management system.
Inclusive in this, the Analyst will bid out appraisal jobs, confirm delivery dates, provide communication with the account officer, and upload appraisals/reviews into our On. Base system.
