We are searching for a F ull-time Retail Assistant to provide a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience for members and guests in our Golf Shop. Retail Assistant are responsible for answering phones, assisting members and guests with their needs, selling merchandise with a high emphasis on customer service, and ensuring the Golf Shop remains folded, sized, clean, organized, and presentable at all times—and much more!

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in sales, or assisting the buyer in a golf shop, and/or displaying merchandise Excellent oral and written communication skills required – must be able to communicate as needed with vendors, members and guests, supervisors and employees Approachable, friendly personality required – must be able to relate to members and guests Organizational and basic computer skills required Knowledge of inventory controls Must have initiative and be a self-starter with creative ideas on growing the golf shop business volume You can learn more about us at www.
