Black Sheep Harley-Davidson is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department.

As the first point of contact for our service customers, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional ownership experience while helping riders keep their Harley-Davidson motorcycles on the road.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and understand their service needs Schedule service appointments and write repair orders Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Recommend maintenance, parts, accessories, and performance upgrades Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in to pick-up What We're Looking For: Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Sales or service advisor experience is a plus Harley-Davidson or motorcycle knowledge preferred (but we're willing to train the right person) Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset What We Offer: Competitive pay with performance incentives Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Cancer, Accidental, and Disability Insurance Health Flexible Spending Account Zay.
