Logistics Administrator

As our Logistics Administrator in Tulsa, you’ll coordinate vehicle movements across our network, work with vendors, and keep logistics records accurate and up to date.

You’ll use Excel, AI, and automation tools to organize information, spot discrepancies, and improve recurring processes. Your work will help ensure vehicles get to the right place at the right time.

YOUR ROLE

AT SIXT Vendor Management You process invoices, schedule vendor meetings, and maintain strong partnerships with transportation vendors Data and Automation You use Excel functions and department-approved AI and automation tools to organize logistics data, streamline recurring tasks, and improve reporting Transportation Coordination You coordinate vehicle movements, including new arrivals, sales, and recoveries across our fleet Communication and Purchase Orders You manage the transport team’s shared inbox, respond to transportation requests, and maintain purchase orders and related documentation Fleet Movement Updates You track vehicle locations and movements, perform daily audits of open orders and fleet details, and use Excel to identify discrepancies that need follow-up Process Improvement You look for manual steps that can be improved, test new approaches, and help the team adopt practical tools and workflows YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience You have at least one year of experience in an administrative position Excel Proficiency You are comfortable using Excel functions to clean, compare, and analyze data, and you can work accurately with large, changing spreadsheets Curiosity and Adaptability You’re willing to learn and use AI and automation tools, ask thoughtful questions, and evaluate their output with sound judgment Attention to Detail You verify data and tool-generated results before using them to update records or communicate decisions Organization and Communication You manage competing priorities and communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and internal teams Availability and Work Authorization You can work 40 hours per week in office, are at least 18 years old, and are authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future WHAT WE OFFER Comprehensive Benefits Enjoy medical, dental, and vision coverage Financial Security Build your future with 401(k) options, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Basic Life, and Supplemental Life benefits Paid Time Off Recharge with generous paid vacation Career Growth Advance your career with opportunities across our expanding global organization About us: We are a globally leading mobility service provider with a revenue of €4.
