Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-hour days (7a-7p), 12-hour nights (7p-7a), or evenings (7p-11p) About Us Adams Place Assisted Living is looking for caring, dependable LPNs to join our nursing team. Supporting and supervising our nursing assistants on the floor. Keeping families and physicians in the loop when a resident's condition changes. Handling medications, treatments, and required documentation. Leading by example-meaning you’re willing to jump in, answer a call light, and help out when the team needs it. What You’ll Need: An active LPN license (Tennessee or a compact state).

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. A genuine love for working with seniors. Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and your share of weekends/holidays. Want to join the team?
