Lead Food Service Worker Job Reference Number: 42673 Employment Type: Full-Time , Onsite Segment: Education Brand: Elior-School-Dining Location: Dolton West SD #148 The Role at a glance: We are looking to add an experienced, motivated lead foodservice worker to our Elior School Dining team. As a lead foodservice worker, you will have the opportunity to lead daily operation onsite by ensuring quality food preparation and service.

What you'll be doing: Ensuring proper preparation and storage of food. Directing food service staff and operations to ensure a successful meal service. Ordering food and paper products as needed. Ensuring sanitation and safety procedures are followed at all times. Training new staff members as needed.

What we're looking for

Must-haves: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong customer service skills. Serv. Safe certification. At least one years’ experience in a foodservice role. Nice-to-haves: At least one years’ experience in a supervisory role.
