• Manage Outbound & Inbound Volume: Confidently handle a high volume of daily customer connections via phone, email, chat, and text
• Set Appointments: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle sales or service needs and secure high-quality appointments for our dealership teams
• Master the Tech: Navigate modern CRM systems and digital tools to build customer profiles, provide price quotes, and document interactions efficiently
• Hit Daily Targets: Bring a proactive, competitive energy to hit daily, weekly, and monthly performance milestones to maximize your commission checks
• Collaborate with dealership staff, brand partners, and marketing teams to support lead generation and conversion Who We're Looking For
